WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Next Level Hair Extensions main goal is to build trust with its customers. Because we guarantee quality to customers, refunds are not issued out, however; in the case a customer is unsatisfied with their order, Next Level Hair Extensions offer even exchanges. Customers are required to send three photos and a video of their hair extensions to nextlevelhairservices@gmail.com. The customer should expect to receive the company's feedback within 72 hours. If in favor of the customer's concerns, a new order will be shipped out in exchange for the previous order purchased.
